Consultation

I’m here to help you on your journey to becoming a certified EMDR Therapist. I’m looking to make Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR) more mainstream by supporting more EMDR therapists to achieve certification. Let’s work together to provide EMDR therapy to more people in our communities. As a bilingual therapist, I can assist with culturally adapting EMDR for your Spanish speaking clients.

Individual $100/hour.

Group $40/hour per person.

Therapy

I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 17 years of experience providing mental health support to children and families.

Cost $150/session Mon – Fri by appointment.

Supervision

I believe that supervision is where we grow not just professionally but also personally. My style of supervision is that I believe in having open communication, addressing how social justice interplays with the cases and situations discussed and working from a lens of making our services accessible and inclusive. We will discuss the oppressive origins of social work as part of the learning process in supervision. It is important that we know the origins of the systems within which we work so that we can learn from the mistakes of those that came before us. I ask that those I supervise enter supervision with an open mind and an open heart to allow room for growth.
